I got a free sample of stuff, so I made a Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie! 2 bananas, almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, cococardio sample, and a dash of stevia. Good morning!

I made the chocolate chia pudding and it is delicious! I added quite a bit more agave than the maple syrup the recipe called for.

I have been pumping iron for quite some time in preparation for Wednesday. I have also been taking a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses since Friday just to make sure, since I seem to hangout between 12.3-13.2 hemoglobin, and you need 12.5 to donate.

Found this today and am soooo excited to try it. But…. since I’m taking part in NO EXCUSES NOVEMBER and have no extra points today trying it will have to wait till tomorrow. :(
