First thing I do when I get up in the morning is drink a big glass of water. I almost never have unnatural soda anymore. It really does taste weird to me. I do still like natural sodas made with real cane sugar as a treat, once a month or so.

SUNSHEL: Fact: I didn't have my first salad until I was 19 years old →

7 meals a day!
That’s right, SEVEN. I’m trying out a new way of eating. It’s mostly to space out meals and certain foods for maximum nutrient absorption. It might help me deflate my food baby as well, and keep me from getting hungry at 11pm. Don’t worry, I do get stuff done inbetween my meals, even though I’m eating all day! Today went like this:
10:15am - 1st breakfast: 1 tbsp of Very Green (Trader Joe’s) in a glass of water
11:15am - 2nd breakfast: 2 medium bananas
1:00pm - 1st lunch: a bowl of homemade miso soup
2:00pm - 2nd lunch: sandwich of ciabatta bread, vegenaise, 2 slices of smart deli, 1 slice of Rice Vegan Cheddar, romaine lettuce, hot peppers, half of an avocado. I also took my multi vitamin.
4:15pm - Snack: Luna Bar (S’mores)
6:30pm - 1st dinner: small portion of general tso’s seitan and brown rice (homemade). I also took my B Complex vitamin.
7:30pm - 2nd dinner: salad of spinach, red lettuce, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, red pepper, chia seeds, EVOO and balsamic vinegar dressing
