I should have taken a photo of my blender this morning. I had 2 bananas, 1 kiwi, 6 strawberries, 2 kale leaves, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, half a cup of So Delicious coconut milk!

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of basil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Overcooked vegetables make me very sad. Raw is the best, but this is a decent guide  for cooked. I don’t recommend regularly cooking in the microwave though, as it destroys nutrients even more than other methods.

Just had one of these after dinner. (ONE!) So. Freakin. Good.
Its a date stuffed with natural peanut butter. Taste like some kind of caramel and PB heaven.
