lentil steaks á la pottfisk
(this makes 6½ quite large ones)
1 yellow onion1 dl raw green lentils1 dl raw red lentils2 tbsp potato flour1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp flax seedsspices (paprika powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt)
Boil the lentils, and add the flax seeds while boiling. Pour in the onion and the spices.Mix with a blender.  Add the potato flour and mix with a spoon. It’s a little bit sticky. Shape the mixture into patties with your hands. Put them in a hot skillet and fry in oil a few minutes on each side. Done!
I ate mine with mashed broccoli with lots of garlic, and mini mushrooms fryed in garlic powder. 

That looks and sounds amazing!
