Happy Chinese New Year! The special buffet at Su Tao is extremely popular. I have never seen that place so busy! I love vegan buffets!

Anyone been to The Nile Cafe in Philly?
I’m trying to decide if it’s worth the trip for lunch with a friend before work next week. It will double my commute that day. Has anyone been there? Or should I have her bring Govinda’s for a picnic outside work and hope that the weather will be nice?

Okay, I need a trip to Bethlehem really soon! Save the Kales featured this new restaurant called Horns.
“Horns is without question one of the most vegan-friendly places in the entire Lehigh Valley.”
“I ordered a grilled vegetable stack sandwich, loaded with so many tasty marinated and grilled veggies I could hardly take a full bite (as pictured below). Ryan ordered the sesame crusted tofu sandwich, with peppery arugula and tons of flavor. The rolls were made with hearty whole grains – I love bread with nuts and seeds and stuff in it! – and came with a side of red cabbage slaw with a light vinegar marinade. We split an order of sweet potato fries (you order these separately, but there are enough for two or three people to share), and they tasted so… sweet-potatoey. “
